Armenia
On 6th and 13th of October heard prgrs of TWR on MW 864 kHz at 1605-1810 UT and 1350 kHz at 1813-2000 and 2100-2200 UT DW in Ar with continous sound "bzz" followed by "piu" and again over the speech and music during the broadcast. Everyone may check these freqs and to identifiy the transmission from Armenia. On 1377 and 1395 the sound is normal. (Rumen Pankov-BUL, wwdxc BC-DX Oct 17)
Belarus
I hear very loud signals these days - from time to time - in our mornings, like 0600-0800 UT, 7265 kHz compared to the past - is now noted here with increased signal (never heard such, when SWR Rohrdorf occupied once this channel).
And also BLR 6070 kHz noted here few days, when BLR was loud and strong and covered the lower of 6075 DWL UK relay. (wb, Oct 17)

Costa Rica
5930 Radio Exterior Espana, at 1130-1145 UT. Noted individuals in Spanish language comments. Flute and drum music as fillers between comments. Mentions of "Espana" and "France". Comments seemed to be political. Could not find this freq and time for REE's relay from Costa Rica in any of my hardcopy references. Although the signal was fair, the
slatter down here crushed REE's signal at times. ID and address given at 1149 UT as well as the email address. Not certain about this being relayed via Costa Rica, but that would be the logical place for this time of day. (Chuck Bolland-FL-USA, HCDX Oct 18)
