Logging
11770.028 kHz signal noted before off at 1837 UT Febr 2,maybe transmitter moved from 25 mb to 41 mb at 1850 UT to 7254.937 kHz were clearly visible and heard at 2000 UT Febr 2.7255 kHz channel usually is also covered by CRI Russian service with tremendous signal into Europe, til 2059 UT.

7254.924 kHz wobbling signal this morning 4 hertz up and down hopping,around S=8-9 here in central Europe this morning Febr 3 at 0736 UT.

Flute music at 0738 kHz, female and male montonous speak of presenter in Hausa (not French).

But when checked at 0815 UT again, female talk and interview reporter in English heard clear at S=8 or -79dBm here in central Europe.

Nothing 'seen' on 9690v or 15120 kHz,nor on Kaduna Nigeria 6090v kHz either.
